Will ShopMagic stop working after my subscription expires?

Absolutely not! You may continue to use ShopMagic and add-ons as long as you wish to. You will not be able to download the add-ons or receive updates after the subscription expires.

I’m new to WooCommerce. Will I be able to configure ShopMagic?

Of course! It only takes a few minutes to configure a follow up email in our plugin. If you have any problems, we have a team of dedicated specialists ready to help you.

How many sites can I use ShopMagic PRO on?

You are allowed to use ShopMagic on 1 website in the Personal plan and 25 websites in the Professional plan.

Do you offer refunds?

Absolutely! If you are unhappy with the plugin or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve, you can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

How can I pay?

We accept Stripe and PayPal payments including the most popular credit cards.

All payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal secure payments and SSL checkout. We do not store your credit card details.

Will my subscription get renewed automatically?

Your subscription will get auto-renewed on the anniversary of your purchase. You will receive a notification before renewal. You can cancel your subscription with 1 click at any time, just log in to your account and cancel.

For how long do I get support & upgrades?

We offer 1 year of support and updates. After a year in order to receive ongoing plugin updates and support you need to renew your subscription.
